We are pleased to announced that we have added a live chat system to the BPF and BOX15 websites. This new tool will offer live, instant support for all customers. It can be used to ask any number of questions – technical product questions, check stock levels or query order details for example. It provides instant, free support without having to pick up phone or wait for email responses!
Due to standard office hours the live chat feature is primarily available 8.30am-5pm Monday-Friday however intermittent out of hours live support will be available as and when our customer support advisers can log in.
When offline customers will still be able to use the service to leave a message for our advisers to pick up and respond at the next available time.
